You can do whatever you want to and make your self what ever you want to be.
You are doing it right this very moment, aren't you now...
How do you go about doing it?
Grants...amazingly, you can find tons out there. Foundation.org may be of assistance, so might a visit to fashion photography/documentary sites. Or go for the throat and email Isaac M about his thoughts. He is awesome with getting back to people. Or at least he has awesome staff who are awesome at getting back with people.
